If you have not received your items or an email with shipping information then you have either a) Not responded to our communications b) Not filled out your survey from a long while back or c) You card has been declined or your shipping address invalid.

Now that this Kickstarter has concluded, the next Kickstarter event for the 2019 Giant Halloween Meowchi will be going live at 8PM EST tonight!
The shipments for the Kickstarter campaign have begun! Please allow anywhere between 2-3 weeks from this point for your item to ship out. You will receive an email regarding your shipment going out to the email address we have on file.
Please be aware any charges made to your cards are for pre-order items, and we do not control the charges for those, you will need to account for them. The original Kickstarter items were charged to your cards after the original campaign ended, so any charges going forward would have been from the pre-order store.
Please be aware that for any Kickstarter campaign you participate in that funds will always be withdrawn from your account when the event ends and not when you pledge. Pre-orders are charged through Backerkit, and we do not control those charges or when they apply to your card.
We are beginning to sort through the pins now, and the expected delivery time is set for mid to late January. More updates to come once we finish going through the pins and begin fulfillment. We anticipate all inspections to be done this week, and fulfillment to begin very shortly.
